2018 is less than 24 hours away! As always, we set goals and resolutions we'd like to achieve in the new year.
these goals are always set with good intention. Wanting to lose weight, save money, read more, write more,buy a house, and so many more.
Unfortunately, most people fail to achieve their goals because they fail to plan.
"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail"
Next year (2018) has to be different for myself and my family. I read a book this year called, "The happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin. In this book she chose 12 areas of her life that she wanted to improve her sense of happiness in. She chose 12 so that she could focus on one area of happiness per month for the entire year.
I thought this was a genius idea! It's much less overwhelming and you can truly focus yourself on something without feeling like you're neglecting other things. I figured I would try this concept with my goals/changes/resolutions!
